How to become a loyal customer and why is it worth it for you?

You can become a loyal customer in RideBike stores and our webshop with your first purchase, regardless of the purchase amount.

Anyone can apply for a loyal customer card by providing your name, address, phone number and email address.

1. If your first purchase reaches or exceeds the 100,000 HUF value limit, we will provide you with the following discounts on your next purchases:

we provide a 10% discount on all purchases,
you will be entitled to a 20% discount on our service fees and
we will regularly inform you about our loyal customer promotions

Attention!

Since the loyal customer card is not personal, anyone you lend it to can also purchase at a discount, and the redeemable points will be accumulated on your account.

2. If the first purchase does NOT reach 100,000 HUF, the requested loyalty card provides its owner with the following discounts:

We regularly inform you about our loyalty promotions, which you can already use
We will open an individual account for you in our system, where we will record the amount of your purchases, as soon as you reach 100,000 HUF, we will send you a notification so that you can use the above discounts as a full-fledged loyalty customer and the next time you can get our products or services at a discounted price.

Recommend us to others and lend your loyalty card to reach 100,000 HUF faster and become eligible for discounts!

Loyal customers who registered online but would like to shop in person at one of our stores can request personal collection of their card at any of our stores. Loyalty cards can be collected from the designated store for 30 days after application.
